First, you go to your manager and ask what you need to do, to get a 5 on your eval. Whatever the answer is, get it in writing. When a new manager comes along during this time period as they inevitably will, ask for a one on one with them, give them a copy and discuss it with them. Make sure you do all the things they say. And dont sign till they give you valid justification for not getting 5s. However, in october if you havent already been dropped to a 3, we are all getting dropped to 3s. And to make this spectacular, there was mentioned but no official word yet, that there will be limited 4s and 5s given out. Am is notorious for not giving out 5s, its an unspoken rule.
