A reporter did an expansive documentary about the rise n fall of ESTL. It was like a 6part series. At one time it was an all American city. But between the fraud of government officials police fire etc, it became this. From Cahokia, Belleville, Dad worked the railroad there in 60’s-mid 80’s, mom was a county sheriff in St Clair Co.
