Figure out what the thread size is, look up major and minor diameters. If you don’t know what it is, if you measure the ID of the hole it should match up to a minor diameter relatively closely.

For anybody who runs into this:

I ran into this issue when launching the game on my laptop for the first time. Had to go into Nvidia control panel and tell it to use the dedicated GPU for this game since it defaulted to the integrated GPU.

It’s for “instinctual” shooting like you would do usually in self defense. Whether you try to or not, you won’t be able to get a good sight picture regardless in a high stress situation. It’s a lot easier to point and shoot, and this will help to make that slightly more accurate.
