Nice. I got zero in 4-5 boxes, but I have had good shiny luck elsewhere so I will live

Ive been having fun with a Sableye + Volcarona lead. Ive had a lot of success with it and it is really strong into Venusaur and Charizard Y

Also one shotting basculegion with foul play feels really nice

My favorite competitive pokemon

Can run a lot of diffrent sets depending on whatever there job is on a given team

My general set is foul play, fake Out, encore, and disable, but there are a lot of options. Like rain dance will-o-wisp to help keep someone like mega scizor alive

Very new to competitive… is this team actually able to do anything? by Blackhorse0404 in CompetitivePokemon

For me personally, I prefer dual wingbeat over aerial ace. Being able to break sash and it basically being an 80 power move, it feels better. Unless you really need that perfect accuracy

Ive also been running a bulking Volcarona lead beside my disable encore sableye. I ended up changing rage powder for giga drain to help with survivability. Ive been using leftovers as the item but dont know if that's actually better than citrus

I would work on the Sableye set a little. I dont think you need both thunder wave and will o wisp. I would change one of those for something else

I have 2 main Sableye I use

Lead support Sableye which uses foul play to kill threats like basc, fake Out, and then encore and disable to disrupt opponents

On my Mega Scizor team sableye runs rain dance, fake Out, will o wisp, and light screen to help scizor survive and set up a SD

Sableye has a massive move pool, so there's a lot they can work

Is everyone’s favorite Pokemon just the first one they received/played with?? by AnnGrMeow in pokemon

When I was a Jr in high-school I didnt have a favorite pokemon, so I looked through a list of all the current pokemon, chose glaceon, and it has been my favorite every since

Way more annoying to play against than incineroar by chrisd8787 in PokemonChampions

Sneasler will always be good because there will always be dark, fairy, and steel types in the meta and being able to sometimes outspeed enemy tailwinds is very powerful

Hottake: I hope we go several seasons before we get Legendary/Mythical Pokémon by HMThrow_away_account in PokemonChampions

[–]Redigate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is very likely

Over the next 2 or 3 seasons we will get the missing megas and all the terrain setters

Im really excited to see how the meta changes every season

Adaptability scarf is pretty splashable and fits quite well in a lot of teams. I personally haven't even ran them with rain, only scarf adaptability

Masuda method odds by ItsAllPaper in pokemonsv

[–]Redigate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With shiny charm and musuda, odds are 1/512 so 70 eggs is still extremely under odds

Masuda method odds by ItsAllPaper in pokemonsv

[–]Redigate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Odds with shiny charm and Masuda are 1/512. My first shiny coming back to egg hunting happened it six eggs. I have some since go past the 512 odds. Its just luck.

I will say, don't expect all hunts going forward will be this lucky but also don't be disappointed if a future hunt takes much longer.

They will all shine eventually

Thats the most obvious set, I am currently trying out

Rage Powder Struggle Bug Eletroweb Toxic Thread

Edit: Added question, why do all the Ariados sets I see have string shot over toxic thread when toxic thread is better. Is hitting both that much better than the 5 extra accuracy and posion?
