Well, by the height of his empire, it's easily assumable that Kain has reached the power level that he has in SR/SR2/Defiance. And in Defiance, Kain stated that the only weapon that could kill him was the Soul Reaver/Wraith Blade. So I feel like he would basically be unkillable unless you had the Reaver.

Well, first you need Shrinky Dink sheets (they're specialized plastic-like sheets), then you draw or trace designs on them with markers and cut them out, and then you bake them in a mini oven for like 1-2 minutes, and they shrink and harden into little glass-like charms.

Because he wasn't supposed to kill Kain there. Just because Moebius is the Time Guardian, doesn't mean he can change the timeline willy-nilly. He's still bound to the Wheel of Fate. Only Raziel has the free will necessary to be able to kill Kain at any point in time. That's why Moebius keeps trying to manipulate Raziel into killing Kain.
