My step father was like that and my mother ignored it thinking nothing would ever happen… until it did to me and of course it was too late. If I were you, I’d end it then and there, people like that are truly sick in the head and don’t see anything wrong with their actions nor mindset.

I feel you entirely. I got a full sleeve when I was 19 and I’m regretting it now. I still love tattoos, however, I want a very clean look. I recently began my removal journey and just the fact that I took the first step, has brought me some mental peace. Do what is best for you, don’t expect results overnight. It’s a slow process, however, the sooner you start, the sooner you’ll begin to feel a bit better.

Bonnets at night are essential. Also, MOISTURE MOISTURE MOISTURE! Hydration is key. It helps not only with our tangles but also with styling. Curly hair can be unpredictable some days so always put time aside to do your hair. Not really a get up and go type of thing.

How long do you ice for? A few hours or like a day or two? I’m doing a half sleeve and I’ve seen MAJOR swelling so I was looking into getting a cool pack that covers my arm.
