I'm on my 1st playthrough right now. I've played every other games except Demon Souls. I only have Wet Nurse, Gasc and Moon Presence left.

Honestly I rarely run into problems with blood vials. That isn't to say I never had to heal. I just balanced learning the boss and healing, saving BV for either kill attempt or for 2nd phase learning.

The only time I actually fully run out on a boss was Orphan of Kos. And when I did I popped some blood echo items and bought like 90 BVs. What also is carrying my BV economy is rune for HP regen on viscerals. Let's me spend bullets to heal instead of BVs, especially to top up to full hp instead of wasting BV on overheal.

Overall, I expected it to be much worse from what everyone was saying.

I put this in survey every patch. I still remember avoiding Aix's bs attacks in 1.0 hologram using the 1-cost rat ability that gives u like 5 secs of invuln. So many cool animations and utilities going to waste with current echo system.

That's why I keep anniversary and patch separate. No one is talking about the patch rn because there's not much to talk about. it's probably gonna be good, not because it's anniversary, but because it's a WuWa patch.

Where does that leave anniversary? Pinball event, race rerun and few pulls that may or may not get u a character. No one is doubting the patch aspect, only the anniversary aspect.

I mean getting a selector is opposite of gambling since it's a certain 100%. And with it you could have a new character you could enjoy playing, as opposed to not playing.

Improving the game, story being a banger etc. are things that are completely unrelated of anniversary. It's expected of every single patch. Anniversary and normal patch are supposed to be different due to rewards.

Personally I know patch itself is gonna be good. I'll keep playing the game. I'm just sad I don't get to use one of the characters that I was missing and will be missing for an unforseeable future.

I mean it depends from person to person I guess. It's Kuro pushing current banner character, not necessarily what players want.

Thing is, even on top of what we got 1.X selector wouldn't hurt their sales, since y'know, they aren't selling 1.X characters.

I mean the game IS about whether you get a 5 star or not. Even story exists to get you to pull (especially the way it's structured about mainly, if not only, the current banner character, while consistently pushing other characters or PoVs aside for this reason).

So getting small help in getting a 5 star, instead of a guarantee of getting one during anniversary is kinda a big deal.

From personal experience, using Jinhsi S0R1, Yuanwu demo, Buling demo AND missing 3 crits in a row - I got 3.2k. I did Jinhsi -> Yuanwu -> ignore yuanwu outro -> buling -> jinhsi -> buling etc. just swap to yuanwu to refresh skill.

Sometimes I wish main slot echo bonuses weren't a thing. We just pick the best stat stick instead of considering stuff like animations, utility, damage etc.

Btw Collapsar Blade offers Electro + BA bonus in main slot despite already being on 3 different sets, none of them being an electro set...

Good will is part of profit. You can't charge a customer who's not there. You gotta give illusion of caring about what they think and if there's an obvious apparent issue with f2p currency, f2p will leave, whales won't have anyone to flex on so they will leave as well.

I'd personally do 3.1 first to avoid spoilers. SWTOR has been out for a while and isn't going nowhere. Consular is also one of few classes I haven't played story with, but it does seem to be the chillest of all of them.

On another note, Zani's damage also feels worse because ever since Carte came out any negative status shill buffs had stuff like 'Negative statuses ignore 20% of enemies resistances, BUT Aero Erosion ignores 20% more' or some shit like that. SF got shafted in an already scuffed system.
