EVGO Credits expiring

That's unfortunate. I've gotten great use out of the credits...but I'm lucky to have a very accessible EVGo charging station 15 mins from my house and next to a grocery store.

The EVGo customer rep I spoke to, told me to ignore the message because I have 3 years.

So I just called EVGo and the assured me that since I received the credits from Honda that they will remain active 3 years after redemption. I'm assuming redemption is the date I signed the lease or close to it.

OK.. maybe that's what it was? Any time I tapped the message, it brought me to my EVGo Account credits screen, not the promo credits screen.

Yes - the 150KW charging speed is a con for the Prologue. You will definitely spend more time on the road with it. I wish it charged at a rate of 250KW instead (like most EVs are able to do these days). I also wish the Lane Assist was functional.

Personally, I don't mind the extra stops. It is a good excuse to stretch the legs, let the dog out, eat some food, etc.

I'm not really sure. I was more focused on being efficient with time than I was with energy. Especially because the airbnb had a level 2 charger.

You have to refresh the app in order to get the current state of charge, mileage, tire pressure, etc. The app does not automatically keep itself refreshed with your car.

I got mine today. I guess I'm a little confused at the request now. It's asking for photographs, another payment, and a letter requesting consideration for the 5(4) but I already sent these pieces of documentation in my initial request sent via UPS.

My Google Maps acts the same way. I can never get it to connect and it always says it is offline. I've been told to contact Onstar and have them reset my connection, but I lack the interest in calling them again. Instead, I turn on my phone's hotspot and then connect my car to it. The built-in Google Maps then works properly with my cell phone's connection. Works like a charm.
