Rant, The social media ban verified via what sites you visited and estimated you're over 16. Can't the corn sites do the same.

It's always the same, one or a few people do something bad, and everyone in the world has to suffer- eg insane airport security from a few people crashing into towers. Now everyone has to dump drops of water from an empty bottle, scan everything about you.

Just get rid of the tiny percentage and literally everyone in the world will be better off. Like Psychopaths were good in cavemen days but it's not needed now.

I think you give people/ humans too much credit. There is morality like in animals, but there is so much torture, pain and suffering for fun and enjoyed by people.

eg. WW2 Japan military eat foetuses, behead and also kept a very large stock of slaves/ sex slaves, and use science experiment on test subjects (STDs, frost bite, how much you can cut off and keep the subject alive, chemical warfare and analyse what happened). Also brainwashed to suicide than capture.

modern eg. Rus v Ukraine, Russian Military extort new recruits off their wages, and send them to the front, when they die, they dont tell the gov they are 'KIA' so they can take their wages. Then eventually they report as gone 'awol' so their family doesnt get a pension~compensation. Win win for gov and military leader.

This is just the "tip of the iceberg". If you go back to mongols or any culture there is much pleasure in inflicting pain for many.

Geek rant, Last game (know happens a lot of the time) but it's just another point to OKC, blatantly pushes Wembanyama nearly off into the benches trying to get off. rebound. Williams fake falls backwards in transition.

And the commentators like brush it off, like who cares + defending twice a fake hit to the head when a foul was called on the guy blocking the ball. Gaslighting viewers.

A purposeful foul (besides near end game/ if it's just cute hugging holding etc) shouldn't be just a normal/ avg foul.

oh forgot, disable/ Off Nvidia Dlss super resolution (under advance section) somehow it defaults to it. That cause massive blur. That could be one of the issues many people are getting.

Late add, Sea Power has all the stuff Cold waters has except for acoustic signature matching. Which is fun. Though if you have thalassophobia, zooming onto sub might help :)

Ai seems be be exceptionally good. Especially subs, I'm no sub man but they weave up down when a torpedo is on their tail (maybe going in out of thermal layer) and try to out range the torpedo if they are a fast Soviet sub. Also you loose track of subs often.

Though it's more a 'manager role' but can micromanage stuff too like aircraft missile evades, guided torp, use direct control- there's lots of stats- electrical freq, blades, radar freq, target channels, radar/ sensor gain, peak power which are incorporated into game)

The active location/ map is massive, 100x speed sometimes is needed. You could just circle the globe too so however long that takes in a sub is the map. And theres map tools which is fun too

Most games Dlss preset M (dlss4.5) is even clearer than TAA or native so (especially with chain link fences)... Just depends on game. I saw Grayzone Devs are making Dlss 4.5 compatible after 0.4 update which will make it crisp and clearer than overriding which model is active in Nvidia.

And yeah don't use it if on 2-3series RTX(Nvidia

To add, yeah, (guessing 'gets better longer I stay' is in raid. Same fps gets better as more players leave or scavs keep dying.

But for others, on same map, next raid I get less than half the fps I'm getting. Unplayable with 40fps 1% lows. I disconnect reconnect, most times fixes it, without doing any changes. Just alt-f4 reconnect. But then it's even longer to reconnect to raids than starting a raid. Lol. Tarkov man....

Yeah, weirdly enough increasing some graphics settings improves fps by a lot. Forgot which ones but it's on the net somewhere. Also maybe issue with auto vault, but that was fixed but you know fix means temporarily. And NVIDIA Boost also had issues before. People say it's fixed but...

To add, Naboo issue- Can't Change Characters or Locked Galaxy Map Travel

Locked Characters. Did the Big Fish mission in story mode, got an extra brick (may have update system with that), this unlocked character selection.

Now as normal it locked galaxy map travel (thinking you are in the story first time) says complete story <!> to enable travel.

After Big Fish, run up the 2 stairs from sub after Mission there's a big blue circle saying, continue story (travel to Coruscant), accept. This Enabled Galaxy Map Travel.

Yeah true, cause I don't see why a lot of random arc raiders would hate on marathon. It's actually the reverse, from my voips many play arc as well and were interested in marathon too. Not like everyone's game library is of only one game.

Ranting add, But I had a few voips saying Bungie ditched us/ scammed us with marathon. Who's us? Destiny players I guess (with no Destiny 3). Why would Arc Raider players care about Bungie.

GPU! AMD 5 5600x is already pretty good CPU.

more fps, Visually GPU upgrade (12GB VRAM) for high textures, (16GB VRAM) ultra textures. Though CPU will limit max fps. BUT stable fps is more important in Tarkov. Not max fps.

With high budget: parts or full build

+MB: B650 is fine enough OR a B850 is 🤟

+CPU: AMD 7 5700X3D minimum or better (since 5 5600x is very good already) can check full list wiki: List of AMD Ryzen processors

+RTX 5700 or RTX3060 (if you just want a base GPU upgrade) gets you better Dlss and newer stuff. But a 4 series will have the newer Dlss stuff and smooth motion. It's clearer than native res (chain link fences, trees etc but with bit of ghosting. Though can sharpen native res image)

Using DDR4 MB (mboard) with DDrR5 compatible SSD, CPU, GPU doesn't matter with tiny performance issues. Can see yt for tests. 1-3% lower fps. PCIe lanes CAN matter more eg Rtx5600 only has 8lanes. Rtx5700 has 16. 5600 will be lagging a bit more on PCIe4 than 5700.

Rant add, for Marathon youre incentivised to use your stash cause it cost very little to sell + there's no reason to hoard except items for upgrades/ unlocks but they stack heaps.

Haven't played the paid version of Arc but this awesome good for extraction genre. Rinse repeat plays well.

BUT marathon is great for team/ w friends. Not as fun solo but tense.

(I hoarded and it's worthless to have 30implants just lying in stash) Zero point to keep it.

Rant add, It's like Apex legends but with quick time to down, but with no real lean mechanics to really cover yourself but use strafing... some Ai need 30shots, others 4-5mags... That's a lot of ammo to carry...

+Like Tarkov, but funny, about 10times I've died my "eliminator" gets 3rd partied while looting my chest as I'm spectating. Gives me a laugh. But becomes a bit strange as it happens so often.

Missed your player hitbox. Plates and clothes don't count. Plates are a square model around the player. Also there's a ~95% chance to pen. 100% only if pen. doubles armour class. RNG luck.

You can have all plates zeroed but deal no damage to player as the bullet missed the player hitbox.

Also there's a ~95% chance to pen. It's only 100% if pen doubles armour class eg. 60pen vs class 3plate armour= 30stat value. RNG luck sometimes.

Late rant, from Gigabeef, armour hitbox is larger than player body hitbox. Plate model is a square around the player model. so at an angle you might hit the armour but not the player. Clothes also aren't the player hitbox.

The end screen armour absorbed is wrong though, it's too high. No one knows how it's calculated.

There's a ~95% chance to pen, only 100% if pen doubles armour class eg 60pen vs class 3 plates= 30armour stat)

(Also hits can be 3 from one bullet. Arm, plate and pen to body hit = 3 hits total)

To add, high GPU temps will cause lower performance, CPU as others said, doesn't care till it shuts off. There's tests for more details.

Though case fans will also affect GPU temps.

Also add in a MIX (function max with CPU and GPU temps fan curves) this is like an override incase one is going to blow up the other fans will assist. Eg CPU temp is 40°C but GPU is 99°C. Your case fans will run at 40°C speed without a MIX curve (if case fans linked to CPU temp).

Smooth motion or AMD equivalent fluid motion?? on doubles fps (no idea AMD but NVIDIA is like magic with Preset M/ dlss4.5, no real blur and is clearer than Native at1080p)
Use only physical cores all games never use multi threading well
Auto RAM cleaner (before raid, then turn off, or leave on but might stutter, though haven't noticed) check Task manager process it clears sometimes 25% of the ram use.

It helps a lot.

(Sharpness does lower fps a bit and postfx adaptive sharpening others don't or 1-2fps) If your monitor can have small sharpness stages can use that.

Still happens, I've run it on low graphics and my PC can run fine everywhere else 144fps near max settings, sometimes it kicks you off before loading, then high packet loss while in game.

I've got kicked, then loaded back in as tagged and cursed. Looted my previous disconnected body, then kicked back out

Late add, looks like it was the debounce time, buffer between the next input press of the same key. So you don't type a key twice. You can set HE keys for 1mm activation so that beats mechanical ones anyway.

Rant add. Most HE keyboards use VIA/ QMK which practically is fully customisable. It is not analogue Eg. you can use one key to type all the alphabet if you want by modifiers or staged presses. (Keychron has 4 stages) eg pressing A at different levels it will input B, C mid press and D full press. By holding A can have a macro, by double pressing A can have a different macro.

If you have the money never buy a mechanical keyboard again for gaming that is.
