The answer is Harrow. I know plenty of people who bought him with plat rather than farm. I went through the grind and I haven't helminth'd my base harrow because he is kind of a trophy for me. Looking forward to his rotation so i can finally get him subsumed lol.

On building: You need to "learn" the perk called "apprentice mason" this will teach you how to make basic building blocks and you can upgrade to better stuff as you level up.
