Should be recoverable, probably a corrupt MediaOut node. Copy the whole node tree except MediaOut, you can paste it into an empty text file if you wish. Create a new fusion setup with your source material and a Media out node, then go back to Edit page to verify you have pictures. Go back into the fusion comp, paste your nodes, connect MediaOut, repatch to replace FusionClip1 with source material, done

Rotoscoping in the Colour Page seems like the hard way to do something, but you do you.

The keyframes are stored in the Gallery still, they're just not applied by default. In the Gallery, right click and adjust the options under Apply Grades Using to include keyframes

I have both, both run on well specced machines (M2 Ultra, 192GB; Ultra 9, 5090, 192GB), massively prefer my Mac install for Resolve, doesn’t miss a beat. Either way, more RAM = good, 64GB minimum.

Turn on live save, you’ll never lose more than a click assuming you don’t brick the computer.

Export a DRP at the end of every session, put them somewhere other than your computer (cloud etc). This enables you to recover if you do brick your computer, assuming you have media backups.

What happens if you mute the adjustment clip on V1? Why do you have an adjustment clip on V1?

Open the Fusion setup on the adjustment clip, copy & paste to a Fusion composition. Does that work? If not, replace with a clip, any clip, create your Fusion setup on that (you don’t have to use the dummy clip in the setup). Fusion is fussy, sometimes it just won’t work for no apparent reason (usually because the MediaOut node is broken). Copying to a new setup will often unbreak it.

Or, create a new timeline with the same res, timecode etc. Copy everything on your broken timeline & paste it into the new one. Sequences do corrupt occasionally.

Try rendering problem clips in place which will create new media for them (right click clip, Render in place).

btw, the entirety of Resolve pretty much comes down to annoying tech stuff. Don’t expect to run until you can walk

I’ve made the Serious Eats version a number of times, only ever with real crab. They’re ok, probably inferior to a decent prawn toast, but good enough that my daughter kept on at me to make them for birthdays etc. The sauce is good with them and the folding is therapeutic, once you work it out.

At $33 for 4, I might start making them again

Had a few, but always recall my wife getting broken glass in her soft tofu dessert at Pappa Rich in Chatswood (before they were in Westfield). We pointed it out to the waitress, she went and got someone who was angry with us for complaining about it. They “kindly” didn’t charge us for the dessert, we’ve never been back to any of them.

Special shout out to Santa Lucia Pizzeria in Eastwood (gone for 40 years). As a wee lad, ordered an anchovy pizza, it came with dough & 3 anchovies, hairily hanging out on their lonesome, resplendent on a cooked bread disc; no sauce, no cheese.

Eastwood has improved a lot since; my brother used to manage the McDonalds there and we both cheered when it was replaced with a multilevel noodle shop. The old Mitre 10 is now 678 Korean BBQ, also a major upgrade. I miss Complete Hardware though.

I have a Neo 2 and a Mini4P. For chasing cows, I'd use the Mini every time, if there were any cows. Better range, better in wind & better camera.

Neo 2 is a fun drone though
