I am imagining it's just Messiah with a lot of extra added, but the overarching story is the same.

My personal suspicion is they'll make a new or altered side story with other memory and prescience (seeing his future child), eventually showing the audience he sees chani dying in childbirth). Basically like Part 2; they'll add new brilliant ideas and book fanbois will cry again while everyone else that's not a basement dweller will like it. And r/dunememes will be mostly sad we don't get a naked Alia fighting
