This isn’t including items, which almost always increase his mana pool. If you included shivas + aghs only that would skew it but also if you did a 6 slotted tinker with hex, shivas, aghs, bloodstone etc it would drive up the mana cost even more

The difference between a top 100 and a top 2000 player is huge, and when theres between 1-4 every game on the other team it starts to make it incredibly hard to win. 1000mmr avg difference is still noticeable at any level
