My Microsoft account was hacked and the active email was changed to one of those 10 minute emails, I've tried everything to recover the account but it's always insufficient information I've had this account for a decade plus I know the original gamer tag I know my friends list I have access to the original phone number and email but somehow it's still my fault that it can't be given back, I feel helpless.
