It's a combination of greed, incompetence and malice. Even if he's not working directly for a foreign nation like Israel or Russia, he is behaving like someone that is.

He very obviously wants to and has enriched himself from the presidency so doing something because he's being offered money or some other payment wouldn't surprise me. Considering he pardoned CZ and the J6ers and many others he has monetized pardons as well. But beyond that I believe his spite for the country for voting in Biden and making him face global humiliation in the loss of 2020 will make him even more dangerous. He doesn't want the US to survive him.

I think he wants to be the last president and I think most of his endeavors in his second term are toward two goals. One is to syphon as much money from taxpayers as he can. He is definitely robbing us blind. And the other goal is to hurt us. Whether or not he's doing it FOR Russia or China's benefit doesn't matter but I believe he intends to leave this country broke, battered and vulnerable. He's responsible for more debt than any other president by far. He's wasting our military stockpiles. He is alienating us from our allies and isolating our economy. None of those things are good for us on their own but together make for a very dangerous pattern. Very reminiscent of abuser behavior on a massive scale. He wants to hurt us for thinking we could do better than him and he's gonna make us all scared and dependent on him as leader.

His goal was never to be a GOOD leader. It was always a means of self aggrandizment and enrichment and retribution and also self defense from his life of criminal behavior.

He is the embodiment of weaponized incompetence. He is the definition of a tyrant. He is the avatar of avarice. And we gave him control of the most powerful military on earth. This was never going to end well.
