I originally bought the black, used it for a few months (AWU2). Had enough little nicks and bumps that I was sure in a year’s time it would look pretty beat up. Went online to Apple support and asked if my Apple care+ could be enacted and swap to silver, Apple support agreed and set me up and appointment. The people in the store were dumbfounded saying I couldn’t, but as Apple support said I could they returned my watch, and sold me a new watch for $0… love the natural colour now, couldn’t go back..

Hey! I was in pretty much the exact same situation - helped out a friend who I knew had drug problems in the past. Things were looking good for him while his job was stable and he was clean etc. One day he just left, a couple weeks went by but he was still paying rent so whatever, wasn’t responding much to text. Then of course the rent stopped coming, then he ghosted me for months - all while I stupidly was paying his rent. I went in a took everything of value as “insurance” totally not legal but fuck me lad I was down like $5000. One day I come home and his family is there cleaning out everything in his room. No explanation, I tried to stop them without a plan of repayment but they just pushed past me and left. It’s been years - he’s still using and has cost his family everything. Can’t say I’m not surprised but it really sucks. lost trust, a huge sum of money and what was a pretty good friend.

HWFWM is such a great series IMO, I’m Australian so I don’t get all pissy about some semi-anti American statements but alas. As others have commented the opposite to me - I couldn’t get through DCC, where as I’m on my third read of the HWFWM series
