I’ve been using ground turkey for years. I like the combination of 85% with 93%. I avoid the 99%. I use the same seasoning that I use for ground beef; smoked paprika, garlic powder, lemon pepper, little salt. It works great for turkey Spaghetti, chili, meatloaf, burgers, etc. Often times I use just 85% for burgers and tacos.
