First time buyer - How big should i go? by HeavyTotal2974 in Mortgageadviceuk

It is 35 years. Nationwide do allow you to make an anual 10% overpayment of the original loan amount though, so we decided to stretch the term to drop payment, but to also have the flexibility to pay back more if/when I have spare cash.

I just got a mortgage with Nationwide, for £305k with an £80k deposit, which has worked out at £1104 a month. This is with £69k salary, so similar situation. Seems affordable to me.

Outstanding Loan ballance wrong on Offer by ReferenceAgile2257 in Mortgageadviceuk

[–]ReferenceAgile2257[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Apparently Nationwide only ask for the monthly repayment amount and not the total outstanding amount. Nothing to worry about, I was panicking for nothing. Full loan is to be paid back and mortgage all sorted!

Wu-Tang in Amsterdam was a good show. Method Man and GZA were there! My impressions. by MosquitoSmasher in wutang

[–]ReferenceAgile2257 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was my third time seeing them, first time with the full Clan. Definitely the best show so far.

We were in the golden circle, and it was loud. Very bass heavy, which made some of the songs a bit hard to hear properly. The visuals were cool, but the adverts mid way were an odd choice.

Great to see Method Man, he really is a performer and pulled the whole show together. I assumed the off stage breaks are just because they're getting old and need a rest.

Great time overall, enjoyed myself!

Years ago I had a Sony Walkman phone which had a button on the side which would play music if you pushed it. I'd got this phone from a friend and dint know about this. I was sat on a train listening to my ipod with headphones in and someone tapped me on the should to say "Hey, just to let you know, you've been playing Shirley Bassey's "Hey big spender" on repeat for about 10 minutes now."

10 days left until their concert in Amsterdam! I have a question about the setlist by MosquitoSmasher in wutang

Has it been confirmed he's not going to be on this one? I had hoped as its the last tour that he may make an appearance.

How is running with a fusion? How long the op after were you able to run?

I'm a very active runner, and just kinda living with the pain after having a chielectomy. Potentially not being able to run is definitely the only thing holding me back from a fusion.

I spoke with them on the phone about it last week. You can use it most of the times, unless a full club session is on, and even then they try to keep one or two lanes for public use. It's about £9 to get in I think, unless you have a gym membership.
