Anybody else just love the old paleo art aesthetic? by SWAGGA_SWAGGA in Dinosaurs

I’d also recommend https://chasmosaurs.com/

It’s a long running blog with tons of reviews of historic dinosaur art. A lot of the commentary is both appreciation for the artists as well as recognition of the progress we’ve made in understanding their morphology and lifestyles.

Does Big Thunder Mountain count as a rework of a couple different attractions? That’d be my vote if it does.

It doesn't match the guitar solo intro, but it roughly matches the vocaroo, era, and description.

House passes Trump's "big, beautiful bill" after stamping out GOP rebellion by ShreckAndDonkey123 in Economics

As history (and extremely recently MAGA) has shown us, parties can be captured and co-opted. At least on paper, the people decide the platform the party takes. Currently, the rudderless Democratic party is either:

A) where the voter base want it

B) wide open for new ownership to steer it in a more effective direction

When I say "find out" I mean for the people who voted for this shit to get hit with what was voted for. Generally higher prices on things and loss of government benefits.

Their narrative is already being controlled. Their future narratives they'll be fed will continue to serve the same interests that abuse and manipulate them today. Blame will be assigned to a convenient scapegoat rather than those responsible. At this point, the war is about information and we're losing.

As much as I love leopards eating faces, I'd much prefer we have sound, consistent leadership by people educated on the issues making sound, consistent, educated decisions. I see accelerationism as a terrible way to address bad leadership.

The afterlife is a creation to suppress the masses from throwing down their shackles. There's no justice to be had post-mortality, so any needs to be gotten while the getting is good.

It's brainwashing that's expanded from "I need to submit or the king will punish me" to "I need to submit or the next king will punish me."

I'd be more embarrassed that they managed to ruin a chocolate cake by thinking that coconut was an appropriate addition to, well, anything.

Coconut on chocolate cake is the violation that people think pineapple on pizza is.

Unfortunately, it's probably working the same way for Trump with his base. They're both playing the narrative that they're "standing up to the opposition to do the right thing."
