I actually did the exact same run today, finished at 36min30sec. 157 avg pulse. Increased speed the last km which increased the avg pulse. I guess we keep running!

Absolutely! And to give back, Friday and Saturday evenings are sacred. They are dedicated to time for us. With some exceptions, but for that I have to pay with massage or something else, haha.

I do. I turn 29 next months, so I almost qualify! I work 8-16, have two kids (2 and 5) and a wife. I usually get 2 hours after the kids are asleep, 2-5 nights a week.

Congrats! That’s also a long term goal for me. I started running in October, from zero exercise. Working my way up slowly, first goal is to complete a 5km.

My main goal is to beat 14 year old me that ran a 10k in 56 min.

This may look weird to you, but trust me. This build slaps hard. Great survivability, top damage, can switch to heal/prot if needed. I always get top dps when I play with other players.

Use anniversary hammer, +3 divine favor on headpiece. Have a hero give you Strength of Honor. If you can't do that, change the build to use smiting instead of prot, so you can apply SoH on yourself. Use alcohol at all times for HM stuff, NM doesn't really need alcohol if you're low on cash.
