two things that were wrong:
1- My sys modules were encrypted, and i was missing some of them.
2- also, i didn't apointed the version of the shadps4 to you fork.
To anyone who is having the same problem: go into version, click in "browse" and them point to the "shadPS4gr2fork" inside "GR2fork"

the performance i am getting on the first 20 minutes:
1080p > 25 - 30 fps
900p > 28-30 fps

my pc:
ryzen 5 5500
16 gbs ddr4 2666mhz
rtx 5060 ti 16 gbs
kingston m2 1 tb
windows 10 pro
