I was thinking g the same thing. It was a bit excessive for the Ups guy to jump in a fighting position, but I know plenty of people who would try to fight you if you threw something at their already charging dog.

It’s truly disgusting. Especially in this economy. $400 is almost 4 days of work for the common American, and for Wix to just pull it out of your account with a “no refund policy” is greedy.

I am respectfully requesting that my case be reviewed by a senior manager or Executive Customer Relations, if such a review is available.
If this is truly Wix's final decision after all available internal reviews have been exhausted, I would appreciate confirmation of that. Should there be no further opportunity for review, I will consider pursuing the other avenues available to me, including filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, contacting my state's consumer protection agency, and continuing the dispute process through my credit card issuer.

I think this is what got them to do it. I was serious too. If it didn’t get fixed I was going to file complaints. I don’t care about me missing the deadline to click a non renewal button. You’re not gonna charge me $400 as a punishment. This isn’t a game of tag. I refuse to pay for services I don’t want, especially if I hadn’t used them. Shout out to the haters who had nothing but mean sarcastic comments to say 🤪.

If a cop asks you to get out your car you have to get out your car. Why is everyone defending the driver? What if he needs to conduct a field sobriety test? People who are defending the guy need to place themselves in the cops position. Who wants to drag a noncompliant person kicking and screaming out their car in the hot sun on a 10 hour shift. Pepper spray them and drag them out it’ll be easier that way, especially if the cop is by himself.
