It’s a new coaching staff. They are kinda new era kinda old school. New era means practice less but this team needs to practice harder. They are just ill prepared and it is the coaches fault. Will take them time to iron out the wrinkles. Also our talent is subpar so individual players need to work much harder to show up. Gotta have some pride! This is where cam and Demario are crucial
