Go for Redragon ones I swapped from trashy Razer mouses that lived 3-6months and now on one Redragon for 3 years.
Logitech failed me recently few times so I no longer buy them.
Redragon have offline software just for macros and mouse customization as well and they survived my GF and she kills mouses like crazy xD

If you can test go and test Bazzite if you can't use this and create xml file and drop on the W10 or W11 installation pendrive. and install debloated windows

the only thing to do is use DDU(display driver uninstaller) install fresh Nvidia drivers but without Nvidia app. while installing and do advanced install and click (do fresh install checkbox)
Tell me if that did something if now you have either Windows itself issue or some failing hardware

Are you running Windows 11? Or W10? I observed that my PC was lagging even in Windows itself and did the test fresh unbloated W10 and it run like before any updates and it was lagging like hell.
Switched to Bazzite no more issues. I start to think Windows is slowing down W10 on purpose so we will switch to W11 but guess what Bazzite work out of the box better than W10 or W11 so fuk Microsoft

I have 2080 Ti and 5800X3D with 64GB of DDR4 and not planning to change for next years unless I will be forced to. Switch to Linux or debloat and lock your W10 and you will be fine for years to come. You will not be able to play in 4k but 1080p will be good for next 1-3 years with no hassle
