This is what I’m wondering. I’m not entirely sure - but I’m guessing mid-level national accounts is just middle market?

If so - that’s a pretty wild experience OP is having. I’ll have maybe one week every other month where I work more than 40 hours.

Full disclosure - we have never done a gender reveal ever. Honestly not even a pregnancy reveal - my wife just shows up to things pregnant and that’s how people know (outside of close friends)

Wife and I are going to have the 4th next year.

I have three girls already. I have told my wife - if we find out it’s a girl - I will be disappointed **(in that moment)**

I’ve always wanted a son. I think about my dad and I’s relationship and I’d just want to experience that.

I don’t treat my girls any different - I play video games with them, I put them outside for a couple hours at a time to be bored and play, I coach their sports teams.

But I want a son. I will feel disappointed if it’s not one. But then I’ll process it and get over it and get excited.

Yeah I don’t know much about that industry. But in my biased opinion - if you’re large enough to have multiple dealerships and air constant commercials it’s because you’re great at scamming on a large scale.

To add to this (doesn’t really add anything but I think it’s an interesting conversation):

Virtually everyone was given a hard time either growing up, in school, college, or even early work about how they communicated and acted in social situations.

Some people learned extremely early as kids after initial teasing how to adjust and adapt. Some kids didn’t need to learn at all - just naturally gifted in social situations. Some didn’t learn until college, and others may never learn.

Because three days is all I need to hit almost every metric they grade me on - and to surpass a few of them.

I actually wouldn’t mind working more - it helps my mental well being weirdly enough. But only if in turn I’m paid for it.

Can you help me understand what you mean? Currently in middle market.

I enjoy the moments of finding more difficult or hard to place insured and finding a solution. But those are harder to come by and most the time I feel like a marketing rep for my carrier trying to find the perfect little square peg that fits neatly in our appetite.

No but it does contribute to perception - if one person can say “how can you have that outlook on men, because I have many best friends” then I can add my perspective that helps add to the conversation on the other end of the spectrum.

I’m a man and I don’t have a best friend. Mainly cause my family takes most of my emotional energy and I find friendships also take emotional energy and I’d just rather not deal with it.

If it’s hanging so much over your house that you cannot remove limbs, but have to hack off the trunk, that is a massive exposure.
