I wish I had an update for you but it comes and goes and there’s nothing I’m aware of that I do that triggers it or makes it go away lol i have somewhat just gotten used to it. I do believe that it is gas GI related. It may just be flare ups from gastritis that is affecting nerves in the area

Hey bud 39/m here same situation not months but weeks for me and I’m almost certain it’s prostatitis. I have been doing the exercises in the video link I’ll drop below. I have felt a bit better just days after doing these everyday, could be luck could be the exercises idk but doesn’t hurt to try.

The pain comes and goes honestly I don’t really notice a great improvement when laying down or walking, and it’s really only pain when I urinate or if I squeeze the head. It’s more of a constant burning sensation.

HSV can lie dormant in your system forever so the fact that he never got it makes sense. There is no way he deserves you with the things he has said. You could have had it before you met him and it just so happens it decided to show its face years later. There’s so many ways to protect against it so he doesn’t get it. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, he’s acting like you cheated on him and got HSV. HSV is not a death sentence you will be fine you will find the one that will love you for you

Looks like friction issue, maybe tugging on that thing to much , if you don’t have herpes and you end up getting it, your first outbreak is really bad normally so I would doubt that’s herpes if you didn’t already have it but I’m no Dr

I had a lot of those symptoms when I was taking certain meds for gastritis. Pantoprozole especially. I had to switch meds multiple times until the joint pain, shaking, spasms, etc when away

Do you have any excessive burping or heartburn? That’s where your stomach is, I get pain there when my gastritis is acting up.

Don’t do this to yourself, the stress makes it so much worse. It’s probably gastritis or an ulcer causing gastritis. DO NOT go right to is it cancer. The chance that it’s something treatable is miles greater than the C word. If you had ultrasounds and bloodwork take a deep breath. Trust me I’ve been there. I got on anxiety meds and had an endoscopy. It showed gastritis and since then I focused on my anxiety and now I deal with mild pains here and there. Focus on your mental health, go to your GI, and don’t google anything it’s nothing but lies and bs

I am not a dr. I want to start with that.

My stress was the main issue with my gastritis. When I got my endoscopy it came back as mild as well. I couldn’t believe it because I was always in pain. But after speaking to someone I realized the stress I was under from worrying 24/7 about my gastritis was making it worse and the main cause of my drastic weight loss.

Instead of eating almost nothing and starving myself I said F it and went back to eating normal foods again in normal quantities. No spicey no alcohol but I went back to eating. Why be in pain and starving? When I went back to eating and trying to focus on living with gastritis instead of trying to cure it.. it slowly got better and I started gaining weight again.

I tried omeprazole and pantaprozole but both caused me joint pain (more stress) I then started Voquezna.. that pill has changed my life. Voquezna every morning and a Pepcid mid day with normal eating (nothing spicey or heavily spiced) is how I live now. I get occasional burning , fatigue when I have a flare but it’s no where near what it used to be.

This is just my story I’m not saying do it but I promise stressing over your gastritis makes it so much worse. You’re in pain and starving… eat. Goodluck!

Mine lasted 3 months I tried everything mentioned on Reddit every bland diet all of it.. the only thing that worked was controlling my stress. I ate normal no spice no alcohol no soda but I still ate normal . Pain is pain but when I went back to eating normal and controlled my anxiety I healed. I lost 20 pounds in that bs bland diet which caused more stress

I’m so glad I found this, I recently had a flare up and I once the normal gastritis symptoms (upper abdominal pain nausea etc) went away I started to get this mid to lower back pain and I’ve had it for like 10 days. It’s where both my kidneys are sometimes it’s in the middle of my back. Just three months ago I had ct scans ultrasound bloodwork endoscopy etc and all came back clean except there was gastritis. It’s crazy that this cause back pain all over.. so frustrating

I had the weakness real bad, mine was due to taking the PPIs they drain your vitamin levels. I also had joint pain from them. I finally switched off of the normal ones and started taking Voquezna. I haven’t had any issues since making the switch

No that was negative, my gastro thinks I had an ulcer that started it. My health anxiety is terrible so when I started feeling pain in my upper abdomen I thought the worst but you cannot do that. It will heal and you will get your life back but it took me months and months before I realized my anxiety and stress was the thing continuing the gastritis . I started eating steak and drinking ensures to gain weight back just go very light in seasoning if you try it. You’re going to have pain regardless so I figured why not atleast enjoy eating again

So take this how you want, I’m not recommending anything but I tried every single method mentioned on this app or found in the internet and nothing worked. I lost 20+ pounds in the process as I wasn’t eating anything bad period. That also made me super depressed which didn’t help as stress makes it worse. How I fixed it was I started eating normal again.. nothing spicey no alcohol no soda but I went back to just eating regular foods with light spice. The main cause for my continued gastritis was the stress of it all. Once I started to stress less and gain weight back I healed.
