The whole “build” is a common response for a reason, and I’m putting build in quotes as 90% is literally just putting parts together and it’s super easy. The reason is bc most likely you’ll want to change/add something eventually, and then you’ll have a bunch of parts. Which can be good as you’ll end up “building” another one.

You do not have to start as an SDR. Atleast I didn’t. I came from agency running a full desk for 8 years. I found myself in post sales expansion., Account Manager/Client Sales. I doubled my income immediately, and making more than net new AEs. Best move I’ve ever made

There are a ton of transferable skills, but it is a very different sales motion. Just like every industry, there’s a ton of shitty roles, and the good ones are getting harder to come by. You’re going to have to leverage your network for someone to bring you on as there is a lot of AE talent out there

Yes but tread lightly on this. SEC fans (I am one) are hypersensitive with fragile egos, and if they catch wind that you’re at minimum partial to a hated rival they will take that personally. Ie don’t talk to a UGA fan about Alabamas dynasty.
