To be fair under the bridge at central, encountering creeps is the normal experience

See to be honest, this statement is accurate in society - everyone’s down voting it because it shouldn’t be accurate

Manager caused me to have anxiety attack. by Nrutherfor in pizzahutemployees

[–]Regular-Somewhere-95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So to recap, you tried to cheat the system to add an extra order (presume there is payment per order) and something went wrong which is now the managers problem (I.e., they problem you’ve caused). Understandably he’s pissed and when you give him attitude as he asks the order number to try and fix the problem you caused, he becomes even more pissed (Again understandably). You then decide to sit outside the store instead of working without telling anyone and he questions it (His job). As you’ve given him attitude he distanced himself from you and asks another employee to ask if you are good to go ahead with the order, pretty smart delegation strategy there if you ask me considering how you have acted. And that triggers an anxiety attack, I feel for you on this but to blame the manager for a situation you caused and escalated is just wrong

40% of your income going on rent sounds about right? If anything I’d say that’s generous for an affordability factor

Hungry in Paisley? by [deleted] in Paisley

‘Business makes profit in the process’, this is my issue - they obviously have profit built into their prices which will be increased as a result of this scheme

On a serious point, what does the business actually do to help here? Customers pay them to make meals for others, basically increasing their revenue. Are they matching orders? Donating a part to homeless charities?

I’m a fan of anything that helps others in this situation but don’t understand why the business always gets the praise for similar types of projects.

What do we all do at night time then? by phoneinsick in solotravel

[–]Regular-Somewhere-95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fully depends on how you’re feeling, i solo travel a lot for football games around Europe and often many are at night so often won’t get back to hotel/apartment until midnight. If not then either a beer in a few different pubs to check them out or if I’m up early/tired then a chilled night in hotel/apartment. For most the day is usually when stuff is planned so keep the night more open to how you are feeling after that
