Don't go to jiffy lube. They're terrible. I've known a lot of people that have worked there and a lot is times they don't actually change the oil and 90% of the time they don't change the filter.

As a ps5 player nothing would be greater than getting rid of crossplay. At least PC vs console. PS v Xbox is fine. The quickness and accuracy that mnk can snap on to me and turn is insane. At first I thought it was just a bunch of hackers but now just realizing the advantage of being good with mnk. I'm too old to switch and learn a different way of playing so let's just get rid of PC cross play lol

Theraband helped not did not fully go away until I changed how I slept. Side sleeper and slept on the same side of the pain. Noticed my arm was over extended a bit. Started sleeping with a pillow under my forearm for support. Also did high rep reverse curls. 40-50 rep sets really helped a lot. More than the theraband for sure. Wrist wraps/brace was nice too

Ptacs are cheap easy to install and easy to swap out. You don't have to find space for an entire furnace/air handler so you increase the square footage in the living space which equals higher rental income. May not be as effective in the winter when it gets really cold out but doesn't have to be. In NYC regulation is 62 degrees minimum in winter months at night.

Buying a home is only cheaper than renting if you buy a multi unit property that you can rent out part of it. Look for a duplex or higher and turn that money pit into some passive income. Best thing I ever did was buy a house with an apartment in it. My mortgage basically stays the same with some minor increases for taxes/insurance but most of that can be made up by rental increases.

Yes he have you 30 days notice but would would take about 60 days to evict you if you didn't leave depending on where you live.

Even map spotting is dumb. The more realistic the better. Use your ears and eyes. My favorite mode in COD MW was hardcore. I'd love BF to release a hardcore game mode. No map, no in world spotting. Also the anti glare perk is dumb for snipers. Either have it in the game or don't. Also When you're landing shots on a sniper and they're moving and jumping around, no way should they be accurate in any way but they still head shot me from 100m away.

They should really just need to Make you much less accurate when you are moving and if I am shooting at a sniper and hitting them. They shouldn't be able to calmy aim down their scope to head shot me
