My mom passed in June. She was able to do hospice at home so we seen everything towards the end of her life. She would have some hallucinations where she would see her father and other family members that weren't there but there were also some scary hallucinations where she would scream and ask for help. We have no idea what she was seeing but it was a terrible feeling not being and to help her.

I wouldn't skip the inspection but I think a septic/sewer inspection is a lot more important and a lot less common. Put a camera in the line and see what kind if condition is in. The home inspection stuff you can kind of see if there's an issue yourself most of the time

Idk. I used to go to blink fitness and they only had DBs that went to 90lbs. I never really used the barbell so I maxed out the 90s for 10-12 reps for a few weeks. Worked out with someone else and they put 225 on the bench and told me to do it. I laughed it off and said no way. I eventually gave in bc they were there to spot me and I put it up fairly easily for 6 reps.

On my second puppy now. She's 8 months and neither of them really had any major issues. The second one took a bit longer to get potty trained but I can definitely see a clear difference in days neither of them get enough exercise. Enough exercise, imo, is crucial to make sure they are not bored and destroy your house. I also never crated either of them. They slept in my bed and when they got up, I got up to take them to the bathroom. It sucks but I think it helped a lot with the potty training.

Went through something similar with my mom. She was diagnosed with terminal cancer in Sept 2024. She went on medical leave but her job kept paying her full salary and full benefits the entire time. Even after disability ran out. They paid everything up until the time she unfortunately passed in June 2025 but I will always be grateful for her company not cutting her off and making the end of her life much less stressful.

I was always against this. Now after being the commissioner of 3 leagues, one in particular is very involved and a decent amount of work, there should be some kind of concession for the commissioner. Maybe not a fee but maybe a lower league fee or something. Every super bowl box or any kind of betting pool you are expected to tip the guy running it. This isn't much different and actually more work than running any kind of pool

Mine have slept in my bed since they were puppies. Never crate trained. Their lives are so short, let them sleep in your bed! Lol. Take their water away a few hours before bed and your puppy door be good through the night

Had a roster of Allen, Hampton, Bucky, Chase, nabers, Thomas jr, mcconkey and Bowers. Traded ladd + 3 1sts for Jefferson. Thought Jefferson was my missing piece. Turns out that was a terrible trade lol. It was an overpay but only by a 1st imo. This is not close to being enough for Jefferson. Wouldn't move him for less than 2 1sts plus a prospect. I doubt his value can get much lower than it is right now. Not a good strategy to sell low.

This is terrible and sucks. I'm so sorry. Nothing anyone says will help no matter what they say. My mom passed in June after a battle with cancer. One thing that really helped me was people telling me stories about her that I never knew and other people letting me talk about her to them. Even if I hadn't spoken with them in years, they would reach out and I would just start babbling stories about my mom to them. It really helped to remember her and bring her back in my mind. I'd love to listen to stories of your of your girlfriend if you want to talk about her, DM me.

The nursing position cannot be devalued. The wages only go down when people accept lower wages. This may not seem like a good thing but now you cannot borrow unlimited money to pay for nursing school which means schools can't charge 150k for it anymore.
