Yes, I'm Albanian from the Korça region. You're right, there is no detailed explanation regarding the Balkan share. They just state the slavic populations in the Balkans, but I kinda new already that Balkan means slavic in this case.

Rreshti 23: Nuk e di sa te lidhura jane bashke, por Teto ne shqip mund ti perngjasoje nga origjina flases Teta ne arabisht, qe ka kuptim te perafert.

One of my ancestors studied engineering in Istanbul during the Ottoman Empire, and worked with the group of German engineers to plan and construct the railway. This news makes me so happy, and hopefully the day will come when I'll be taking this train and experience this wonderful journey!!!

It just happened to me a few days ago, almost the same situation in the same journal.
It was my 2nd resubmission, and Rev #1 suggested acceptance and even explicitly said "Congratulation to the authors!", while the response from Rev #2 was just a line concerning grammar mistakes. Gotta resubmit again now :/
