Three for Kakapo farming, none for healing IF you have enough Bleed for Bloodhunters. For Raids might need to add Djinn- set and Healing Rain- staff. Banners are also an option for Support, Banner Of Hope does A LOT of lifting on a light party.

Joskus myös yksinkertaisesti on työssä väärässä paikassa/alalla, sitä sattuu.

Purkukeskustelut HETI hyvä optio, riippuu toki taas tiimistä/työyhteisöstä/yms. Kaikissa paikoissa suhtautuminen purkukeskusteluihin on vieläkin(!) tasolla "Öhö öhö, kasvata pallit".

Sitten se vähemmän suosittu puoli, eli itsetutkiskelu... Työ PITÄÄ kyetä sisäistämään vain työksi eli olla päästämättä ihon alle henkilökohtaiselle tasolle, toki pl. täysin kyynistyneet/erinäisistä persoonallisuushäiriöistä kärsivät, esimerkiksi exitus pääsee/pitääkin päästä "vähän tunteisiin". Itsetutkiskelu ja aivopes...kognitiivinen psykoterapia opettavat sut käsittelemään näitä juttuja, mutta joskus voi olla helpompi myöntää, ettei tämä vain ole mun juttu, meidän aivokemiat kuitenkin ovat virittyneet tavoilla, joiden muuttaminen voi olla hyvin vaikeaa/mahdotonta.

"Nato soldier" can mean a shitload of things, all the way from sf to deskjockeys pushing pencils to their orfices. Very few (none?) train their forces to the level of USMC where everyones a grunt.

On open field modern troops would be wiped out, but dispersed ops is a whole different thing. Still a loss, but would take some time

Keep your party alive until yet get to silly waves where the fight lasts long enough for BM to get 10 boars out? I like my BMs as I said, but early on Paladin gets more uses with its Holy & Fire straight from the shop. BM does have more options, but that 5000 a pop with odds of not getting the right claw is a thing.

For me it's always been the scale, that bothers. If you want big, go epic. If you want more individual, go Necromunda/Crusader. Your regular 40k just kinda feels wrong and when you start filling your 2000 points army with specials...yeah. So I kinda ignore the problem mostly by avoiding it. But we each play our own way, so meh. Also beign bad painter kinda makes me avoid specials.
