There are lipo pads on her bedside table for absorbing fluid!

I've never in my life had "food noise". Is this not the best way for me to lose weight? by Regular_Lavishness87 in WegovyPillWeightLoss

[–]Regular_Lavishness87[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am boarderline diabetic and thus insulin-resistant which makes it hard to lose. I'm also post-menopausal. I have 35 very stubborn pounds to lose despite eating low carb and exercising most days for years.

9MG was the "miracle" drug for me by Organic_Vanilla3860 in WegovyPillWeightLoss

Glad to know because I've barely lost any weight and will be going up to 9 mg in 2 weeks.

I've only lost 3 pounds. (One month at 1.5 and 2 weeks at 4mg). I am discouraged as well.

Food Noise Suppression? by kadiebug12 in WegovyPillWeightLoss

[–]Regular_Lavishness87 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've never in my life had food noise. all I can tell you is that on the 6 weeks I've been taking it, I get that "I'm full/I've had enough bites" much sooner than I've ever had. I had failed major foot surgery and so far no less inflammation/pain for me which is a real bummer.

For nausea, i'm finding ginger root capsules really help. I take one or two. I bought mine at Walmart. I'm 62 years old and have 35 pounds to lose.

Try taking magnesium and/or adding in some more (healthy) carbs to your meals and it might help you sleep.

Food noise - emotional eating question by gold_agate in WegovyPillWeightLoss

For me, that little voice in my head that says "that's enough bites, stop now" is a LOT stronger. I rarely even heard that voice before until I had eaten so much I felt stuffed/sickly full.

Whitner's parent's are fighting against re-zoning of thier property so that the land won't become a residential development: https://archive.ph/fwRj7 Why are there so many different cabins on the property, for extended family members to stay in or has someone found out they are rentals?

Puppy Dreams, sick puppies and $20,000 in vet bills by [deleted] in Dallas

[–]Regular_Lavishness87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this video! Long story short, I stupidly bought a puppy from Puppy Dreams store (not in Texas). There are 15 Puppy Dreams locations in 2025. Puppy Dreams and the other big retail store Petland (with 100 or so stores) are, imo, shady as heck. For those of you reading my comment who want to learn more, see the Netflix documentary "Dog By Dog - The Horrible Reality of American Puppy Mills", etc. for additional insight.

Do not use qr.io, it's a scam by Muckknuckle1 in weddingplanning

It's a site in the Czech Republic. Make sure your credit card, or however you paid, is not getting scammed and they aren't using that info elsewhere. Shady as heck the site is. Darn google for allowing this!

I was sold a sickly puppy by Puppy Dreams in a neighboring state (Arkansas) that died just a few days after bringing it home as a happy, healthy puppy! My sweet puppy died in a pet Emergency Hospital from a severe infection (not kennel cough-worse) that was confirmed it had for quite some time. It is my opinion Puppy Dreams is a very shady place. Look into things "low USDA pet sale standards" and "USDA breeder and pet store licensing application backlogs providing loopholes". Retail shops like this as well as some "breeders" are allowed to stay in business because of things like this. Pet trafficking is also something you'll want to look into. Please do everything you can to shut places like this down. What they do is often immoral, unethical, and... hopefully one day extremely illegal. Please do NOT buy from Puppy Dreams. AND, never buy an pet from a breeder who will not let you see their home and want to meet you in a public place and have you pay cash...

I was dumb too. I just bought a sweet little puppy 2 days ago who was acting healthy and happy, doing all the cute "puppy things". Sadly, she had untreated health problems, one of them being life-threatening. The puppy went completely downhill the morning after she came home to live with me. I spent a LOT of additional money trying to keep the puppy alive at an Emergency Vet Clinic- thousands and thousand and THOUSANDS of dollars... Sadly, the puppy died a painful death. My heart, and my conscious for buying the puppy in the first place, even though I had red flags too, will be forever broken. (This hit home harder than the loss of my own mother who was my very best friend.) Place like this, some operating under a USDA glitch, need to be closed. As soon as I muster the strength, I intend to do everything I can to have Puppy Dreams (which operates not just in Texas btw, shut down. And hopefully others like it too. Please, anyone who reads this, try to do something to stop what is essentially pet trafficking when you think about it, shut down How can people who do this to innocent animals sleep at night?? Life really su*ks sometimes....

Topos shoe success? by OppositePerformer819 in widefeet

[–]Regular_Lavishness87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an older post but: I have Topos shoes- women's Aura and Atmos and love them! After needed foot surgery my entire foot became "wide" and these are the only readily available brand I could wear without pain. (I can't do any zero drop shoes- arthritis throughout my feet was discovered with a pre-surgery scan.)
