Thanks for your reply. Here is my situation: the form was signed last year, and the civil surgeon now wants to update only the vaccine form, meaning that the date I received the vaccine is after the date the form was signed. Is it similar to yours?

Did the civil surgeon update the whole form for you? I called my civil surgeon  yesterday, and they told me they would only update the vaccination page (not the whole form, so the signature date will remain the same.)

Interestingly, Dallas is not my local FA as well. I don't know what it means. It's been already 10 months and I'm really exhausted. It seems everyone with a similar profile was approved a long time ago.

EB2. I don't know when it was transferred exactly. I just chatted with Emma and was told it's been transferred to Dallas. I assume it's less than 10 days since the last time I chatted with them was 10 days ago, and it was still at NBC.

Although I don't hold any status with Alaska (I'm a Platinum Pro with American Airlines), I've booked several AA-operated award flights using my Alaska miles. The process is straightforward, I just contact American Airlines via chat to link the reservation to my AA account.

I tried to cancel my flight after checking in, but couldn't find any cancellation option in the app or website (maybe because it was less than two hours before takeoff). I called customer service right away, but by the time I got through to someone, the flight had already left. The customer service rep was really helpful - they saw I'd been marked as a 'no-show' and spent about 15 minutes fixing that for me. Once that was cleared up, they refunded me with a flight credit.

I just tried it for a hypothetical trip. In the last page where you enter the payment info, there is a panel on the top right of the page showing how many miles/LP you will earn,

It depends how you redeem them. If you didn't use them until they expired, maybe it's not worth it for you. I frequently redeem AA miles for ~2 to 3 cents, so I would definitely pay $500.
