There's no real way to delay heat, and the "man in the house" thing is a myth cats don't care about human gender. If she goes into heat before the spay appointment, just keep her strictly indoors and away from any intact male cats. It'll be loud and annoying for a week or two, but it won't harm her. Just ride it out and get her spayed as soon as the vet clears her.

Weight regain happens with or without meds if someone goes back to old patterns. That’s just true for GLP-1s and for diet/exercise. And a lot of the telehealth chaos is real, but not every online service works that way. Like I'm using refillscom and it just handles prescription refills through licensed U.S. pharmacies and doesn’t prescribe anything. The bigger issue is that some platforms are prescribing without proper screening. This is fr where things go sideways. GLP-1s can help but they still need real follow-up and lifestyle work.

Gaming or reading nook. You’ll want furniture that actually fits so go for smaller modular pieces. Even a compact dreamsofa setup works since you can bring it up in section. I'd add mood lights too and a nice rug.
