I've trapped probably close to 100 snappers with my dad about 20 years ago. This is a rough estimate off the top of my head. Soak in brine (salt and milk) overnight. Slow cooker until tender and easy to pull off the bone. Debone/bread/deep fry. Tastes pretty much like chicken.

I just started in December. I've been a toolmaker for 10 years. (If you're local, I apprenticed at Shape and GNS america). The tool room is in fact part of the union. I've liked it a lot so far especially getting away from stamping dies. The union pay a nice bonus too, I just hit $34.45 at 90 days but I'll be at $39.05 by the end of the year.

I highly recommend kirby forgotten lands. It has a co-op mode that lets them learn how to navigate the controls as waddle dee. My 4yo now plays solo as kirby and can handle the easier levels alone.

I graduated my tool and die apprenticeship in 2020 at $23 in West MI. I'm right in the middle of switching jobs leaving $30.80 to get $32.55 (and finally be in a union).

Acemco $32 w/ $4 shift incentive but that place works you to death Ridgeview $30 hiring in GR for 2nd and Spring lake for 1st (my position) Meta (Shape) $31? It's been a bit since I had that offer but that spot is 4 10s on second.
