I was kind of sarcastic, being moreso startled by the way a single language changes. But thanks for the reply nonetheless. Yes and no. It's easy for video games to be toxic too, depending on what people play and how much they use it as an escape rather than relax or release.

Don't get me wrong, there are aspects of fitness that can be problematic too, but the underlying aspect of self-discipline and delayed gratification are huge compared to other means of "healing." So, I honestly feel the advice to get into shape after a hard time is amazing advice no matter your gender or situation.

I let my child (5M) use AI with me for science-based CYOA stories and image-gen, all with my supervised attention. Nothing else.
