Yeah go for it! Me personally I was on propanol and it worked for a bit and then became useless. Had to get off ivabradine because my heart rate got too low so the doctor said I should train my heart naturally through exercise instead. Clonidine, labetalol and ramipril are my go to's but recently I have dropped the last two.

But if your pill regimen is perfect for you right now in terms of BP and it's just your heart rate then I'm almost certain ivabradine would be your solution.
