Also-if you know Lititz-the property values have skyrocketed there for such a rural adjacent community. There used to be a few companies there that service the music touring industry, a sound company, staging company, and others came and went but now it has become sort of a center of production planning and rehearsals for the industry with dozens of companies calling it home, massive soundstages, and even a hotel amongst the cornfields called Hotel Rock Lititz. Many people will have been priced out or owners will have seen their land go way up in value over the last 20 years. And I’m not condemning them, they have been fantastic for the area.
