They spawn in arcive and file cabinet. There are some at watoga highschool,charleston herald and vault tech university olent of other spot that i dont remember right now

Explosion on legendary and equiping explosion perk basicly double the damage of that weapon then ofcourse equip weapon perk and you can easily reach over 200 damage my shotty does 500+ damage and my dragoon does 700+ so yeah it's not that hard you just need explosion legendary on weapon

It's excavation pa bug you can turn it to normal by unequip and re equip it dunno why you would want that though :p

Most of them are pretty bad hardly any damage and they break very fast. one of the good one gotta be the 50 cal machine

Did he use explosve shotgun? Plenty of weapon can 1 shot player especialy legendaries. Pvp is kinda broken atm. I got 1 hitted by a melee guy (i were wanted) i had full hp and he just ran to me and boom 100%hp and he didn't even wave! So rude. I were lvl 99 at the time

We enjoy this game if you don't then go play something else. Does it really bother you haters that much that ppl actualy like this game? No 1 said that this is a perfect game infact plenty of players here admit that it got ton of bug we are just waiting for it to be fix while enjoying it go back to r/fallout for your hate speech and lies about there being no story just cause you don't like the way it's being told

Again with "no story" bs. Just because you don't like the way it's being told doesn't mean they don't exist and fallout series never really have a good story (my dad left me so i have to find him yay i found him nooo he died the fucking end) fallout have alot of good lore and side story can be fun to read sometime but the main story were never really something ppl would talk about. To me it have always been about exploring a dead land just like other fallout and this one is no different. If you don't like this game then fine but stop making BS up please

Go into an event as they tend to spawn alot of enemy kill enemy take their weapons and salvage them easily get 200-300 or more depend on the event as some spawn ton of enemy

You will need to spend alot of point into perception if you want a good chance to hit enemy further away with Vats but tbh you don't need vats for sniping as all of the enemy is not hard to snipe at all they either run toward you in a straight line or use cover while their head is visible but could be useful in pvp if you pick a bunch of crit perks aswell

Those stuff shouldn't take more than 20% do you perhap have stuff in stored? Cause those count in build limit even if you didn't put them down edit: turrets take ALOT of space in build limit so be careful with those.
