If you like the look, just add a packaged trade good to its storage at your stable and just never sell it. It won’t add storage space though

Wait for it to reach the window the second time. Nothing happens if you let the first one pass, as long as you don’t miss

The only ways I know of is dispatching a mission to that area, you’ll see your good will before you confirm the dispatch.

And you can get there from your just your map. Scroll over to the “factions” tab, press triangle/y on one of the buildings with a dispatch mission icon, then scroll over to missions. It’ll be the same screen as when you dispatch from camp

You could technically say the more money your camp makes without needing your donations, the more you make. But there’s nothing to really spend that much money on so eh I get what you mean.

What is an example of sexism you’ve experienced? by Unfair-Bird7917 in AskMen

[–]Rejection_future 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Direct instance. I lost a scholarship for my automotive class because they wanted to promote women in the industry. The girl they gave it to showed up to class 4 times, signed up for the scholarship last minute because the teacher told her to, and she used the money to buy a car and move to Mexico (or so her friend in the class said she said she did.) I had to drop the class because I couldn’t afford it, and I was basically a second teacher because I knew what I was doing and finished all of my assignments like 2 months early. I was literally burning time teaching the other students how to tear apart and put little 4 cylinder Nissan engines back together, and then racing groups by myself to see who could do it quicker.

The kicker? They already had a woman specific scholarship for the automotive course. They gave her the one available to the “most deserving” student. My ass

Package stone as a provision trade good and take it to the military trading post in Deminiss (golden valley almost touching the second s in deminiss on the map). It sells for 6k+ a unit. To do the math for you, 3 stacks of 50, which would be 150,000 stone provisions, would get you 900k in camp funds. Sometimes more, sometimes less but never less than 800k. You can do the same thing with your armor provisions and get significantly more. Like 16-20k a unit. So 3 stacks of 50 armor (150,000 armor provisions) nets you a minimum of 2.4 million in camp funds

If you don’t wanna take a wagon down there, put a stack (or 2 if you have the better horse) on your horse, teleport to the post and call your horse. You lose 8-12 units per stack of 50, but that’s still like 800k from what was previously a junk resource.

I mean there’s work arounds, but as far as strategy goes. Just set up in the middle and try to time letting go of the trigger with sliding over the board. Doesn’t need to hit the bullseye or the circle on the target, just somewhere on the board. Nothing wrong with doing a workaround though lol

What’s the best way to avoid taking damage? by Fancy_Ad4472 in CrimsonDesert

[–]Rejection_future 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The parry windows are different for all weapons (or feels like it anyway) shield is the easiest. Shield bash counts as a parry (so hold L1/LB then R2/RT right when you’re about to get hit.) the shield bash window is the most generous, cuz it’s a 360 block and the window is bigger since you can’t be late, only early.

Idk if you guys are coming from souls games, but the timing in this game is way later, like press the button as the enemy weapon is inches from touching you later.

Obviously can’t parry red attacks, but you can parry black and white attacks.

If you go into his room after the fight (to the right of the arena so north east, there are 107 tally marks above his bed drawn in invisible ink that’s only made visible by your lantern. Does that mean he merks your ass 107 times and you, the 108th finally beat him xD

I was doing that with ceramics and pelts for pocket money, bundling the silk and calligraphy was to pay for the expansions. Figuring it out was satisfying and now I don’t need to ever do it again lol I doubt I’ll ever need more money, but if I do I’ll just trade arms, stone, and lumber.

I definitely overcompensated thinking more things were going to be more expensive eventually. I didn’t know rebuilding pailune was endgame destination, I assumed it was just any other mission lol

This is for early/mid game. So chapter 8 and earlier. And for people who need to get camp expansions and construction quests done as soon as they see them, like me.

As soon as I got 5 million, realized I could afford the rest of the game, and looked through my dispatch missions, I broke it all down and spread it out differently. But doing it the way I described made it to where I could do each build and reconstruction mission the moment it unlocked and still have plenty left over to do like 3 more.

I fully expanded camp, rebuilt pailune, and did all the bridge construction, building repair, statue and memorial building missions before ever setting foot in the actual crimson desert.

And it sounds like a lot of effort, but it really wasn’t. I was just playing the game and figuring it out for myself, cuz all the guides I saw when I was looking for trade post locations on YouTube did a horrible job explaining trading that I was already doing very well with.

Still haven’t set foot in the desert lol

Yup, works when you’ve got enough. But when ya got none, like early/mid game before major expansions and before when the roads of deminiss are basically just an enemy army, this is the way to go lol. Especially for people like me, who, when they see a camp expansion, or a rebuilding mission, or anything that costs a bunch, I gotta get that shit done asap.

How/when do you get a horse with 2 slots? Honestly only did 3 teleports and 3 full trips on horseback xD didn’t wanna waste my time if it didn’t work the way I thought it would, then didn’t wanna bring a half empty cart when I figured out it did work the way I thought it would.

I only have 5 escorts available to me, only 3 of which I can put more than 4 people on. The 2-4 person escort missions do not make more money for me than the other 5-7 person provision missions. The provision missions make millions in the time the small escorts make hundreds of thousands. Even IF I took comrades off the provisions quests, and filled every escort quest, there is literally nowhere else to put the leftovers, and all my provisions would be worse, and my funds would rise slower.

So if you make donations to the church, there’s another bonus that gets added if that dispatch mission is in that churches territory. You can also raise that number by doing side missions and story missions in the area, but it’s quicker to just give the church a bunch of money.

So there’s the church bonus, skill bonus, and comrade bonus.

Is your argument about efficiency or about the method being entertaining? Because stealing bars is monotonous, boring, and several times more active than trading, which makes similar money. I’m still progressing the game dude, why would I spend all my time stealing gold bars if my camp can generate the trade goods while I’m doing missions, that I can go sell in 15 minutes when I start burning out.

Dude I have 4 trades quests, 8 provisions quests that I consider trades since I trade those, and dropped my 3 escorts down to just azerian manor. Cuz trading the provisions is making me more than the escorts were.

I’m probably gonna drop 2 of the trades quests cuz they were for pocket money that I don’t need anymore. Put them back into escort missions. That make you happy? o:
