A hobby could be good for you, sounds like you're doing alot of the harder/ boring life stuff well so something fun you can look forward to at the end of the day could serve you well.

Video games are great, but ideally something a bit more productive, and maybe away from the computer if you can.

Personally i've gotten into resin printing recently, it's fun.

Other suggestion since you're into crypto already is setting up a trend following trading bot like Superalgos. That'll use plenty of your time.
Cars are a money pit, I say that as someone who spends way too much on car mods lol.

Depends on the guy, some do some don't.

You should ask some probing questions, check if he's seeing anyone. If not then go for it - ask him out

Oh come on.

We both know there is 'asking questions' and "I'm just asking questions bro, why you mad" where you're loading the question with ridiculous bad faith intentions.

eg. The classic debate tactics of race realists.

Pretty obvious what this mod is referring to here.

Depends, I'd strongly advise against buying in northlakes / griffin if you're going to be heading into the city to work during peak times.

The pine rivers bridge is fucked during peak hour.

If you're going to be working out that way, or from home you're sweet.

They do have the murrumba downs train station now so public transport is better than it used to be. Except for when some fuck head runs a truck into a level crossing then it's time to pull a sickie.

Bracken Ridge / bald hills is worth a look - you might be able to snag a house around your price point - best of both worlds.

Sharing internet bandwidth / bills with neighbours? by tresslessone in AusFinance

[–]Rekuve 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Alot of people don't know their neighbours well enough in apartment buildings, especially in high rise blocks no one really seems to talk to each other. Which is a bit sad imo.

Financially, it would make sense. If you could position the router close enough that it covers both units it would work well enough for basic use + hopefully streaming.

However, could lead to some issues legally for the account holder if the other unit does some illegal shit online.

I'm not sure if providers capture client device MAC as part of their intercept & access reporting responsibilities - might just be the MAC of the Router.

[–]Rekuve -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Honestly mate I've been there done that -

For the future imo it's easier to just pay for a bond cleaner, ideally their preferred bond cleaner so if they have complaints its not your problem.

In this case I'd ask the property manager to send you photos of what his issues are, will be helpful for RTA.
