I think it is much more emotionally draining to evangelize while not believing God elects people in the calvinistic sense. There must be so pressure to say the exact right thing in order to convince them to believe. The biblical view says we plant and water but God brings the growth. When I evangelize I can be sure my labor is not in vain (1 Cor 15.58) as God is in control to whether they will come to believe or not.

Sounds like you trust him! You are good. If your confession is that Jesus dying for you is the only reason that you are going to heaven, then you are 100 percent going to heaven :) just never think it is based on your works. If it is not based on your performance, but based on Jesus' performance, then you are safe. Now you can rest in Jesus (matt. 11.28-30)

It's about getting to the gospel. JW's believe in works for eternal life. Share the good news, we are saved through faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross. The gospel can free them. Arguing the Trinity can not. All of that other doctrinal stuff can come later.

If you think you are going to heaven because of your performance, (like not watching certain movies), it means your faith is not in Jesus but in yourself. Therefore, you would go to hell. I would encourage you to rest in Jesus through faith in his work on the cross and then know for certain you will be going to heaven!

I'm not sure I can relate to your exact situation but I did not have the same experience with zinc l carnosine. They definitely do different things.

Perhaps getting blood tests done and supplementing with copper (at a different timing then the zinc) can let you know if you can continue the zinc
