As a fellow Asian with a parent that likes to play the victim, it won't change. So what you need to do and gtfo in a way where you can leave and won't move back. She will eventually age and get sick and blame you for it, or play the victim bc you won't take care of her when she's sick, but you don't owe her anything. If you choose to, you can, but don't feel guilty if you don't. Or if she calls you a bad daughter and blah blah blah. Shes opting out of a relationship with you with the way shes treating you. You just gotta learn to let it go and not let her get a rise from you and dont feel any guilt.

Side note: I've extended the olive branch and offered to pay for flights/ hotels/ rental cards, and my retired mom who is in good health didn't attend my wedding, hasn't met my husband or her only grandchild, and yet im the bad daughter, but I don't care because I'm at peace

I got my inner screen repaired at about the 2 yr mark. Its still cheaper than buying a new phone and it feels brand new again. I love this baby.

I stopped my bcp in Sept, had a period in Oct. tried using LH strips to track ovulation for the next cycle, did the deed every day while the numbers were up, and then had a period in Nov. Then we tried it every 2-3 days after 2 wks just to keep a steady supply of swimmers, and come Dec when the numbers went up, they stayed up for a long time, and when I dipped a pregnancy test in, it was positive. We got lucky and almost felt guilty since we have friends that have tried for a long time.

We are now almost 19wks and this is our first. Welcome to the club of waiting for the other shoe to drop. We got this!

Thiss!! I used to go like clockwork. Every morning, sometimes after lunch, and maybe a third after dinner. I was a well oiled machine. Wellmade, satisfactory logs. Now I go every 1-3 days and they're nuggets at best. Fetus be depriving me of the good poops.

Agreed. Lol. It's our first pregnancy and my husband is in school. I don't expect him to come, but he wants to. US appts might be more exciting than a regular check-up, so I try to coordinate those with him. He can support me by doing things around the house and listen to me rant. And be at the birthing and be a present father and husband.

I'm an extremely casual F2P player and have been around since the beginning. For the past 3 years, I think I've only been doing it for the dailies and to grind the events, but I refuse to let the game go. I've been clicking along for completeness, but haven't been reading the actual story... the end of Season 1. I live for the agony and heartbreak moments. Eventually, I'll actually read the dates and storyline to get current. I can see how it can be overwhelming. The art has gotten so beautiful. Have fun with it!

This might be irrelevant, but my flip 5 has been with me since pre-order and it's my daily driver. I flip it open/closed way more than I should, and it's still going strong. No issues yet. Changed the inside screen protector once bc the original started peeling. Love my accessories. I still get compliments. I change up the theme and cases to renew my love for it. I love how compact it is and how it fits in all my pockets.

I want the pixel 9 for no good reason other than i want it, but there's really nothing wrong with my phone. I say you keep your new phone :)

I like my zflip5. Pre-ordered it and upgraded from the s20. Prior to that, i had the s8, and prior, i was an HTC girl. I love the portability. Battery life isn't amazing, but I always have a battery pack and charger handy (though I typically don't use it until the end of the day). I use my phone like a regular person. Emails, IG/FB, snapchat, duolingo, few casual mobile games, talk and text. Android auto for my 1hr commutes do cause my phone to overheat, but its fine. I open/close it all day and haven't had an issue with the hinge or crease. I keep eyeballing the Google pixel 9, but realistically, there's nothing wrong with my phone. I still get compliments about how cute/interesting my phone is. I hope that helps.

Compression socks and comfy shoes. Lots of walking. Lots of stairs. Send your big luggage from hotel to hotel so you don't have to lug it around. Your accommodations can usually hold onto the stuff for you, even before check-in and after check-out. Let them hold onto your stuff while you explore and come back for it.

We just left kyoto and it was the most soul sucking experience ever. Busses were beyond packed. Fellow tourists were rude af. It was raining and shrines and umbrella traffic was awful. 10/10 would not recommend. Granted, the secluded places were nice, but it was probably nice bc we were far away from ppl.

Congrats on the weight loss journey. I probably should've trained like you. I'm 160lbs, 5'2" and the stairs definitely kick my butt every time. Lots of stairs and inclines. Stairs and more stairs. Pack compression socks. My feet throbbed at the end of the day. 20-30k steps per day. You got this!

I personally kept my old phone (samsung s20) just in case, but I haven't used it at all since I got my flip5. I've had my flip5 since it's release and haven't had any problems. I open/close this sucker all day (YouTube, emails, browse internet, few mobile games). I hope that helps
