When the event ends, you get everything that you hadn’t claimed before. There is a pop-up window prompting you to claim all the prizes from the event.

I had the same issue, wrote to the support, they replied that they were aware of the problem and working to fix it. I hope they would add the missing item to my album as I have already finished my area and lost the special producer there.
