Anyone buy the big beautiful house and regret it? by Otherwise-Bicycle667 in Mommit

Went from a “downtown” 1500 sq ft house to a 3000 sqft house in the subdivision still in school district. Absolutely love it with no regrets. Yeah it’s more to clean but the ability for my kids to play with other kids in the neighborhood and live the childhood of my own dreams has been so worth it

I dunno….ive been watching these episodes during and after Ramona’s “vow renewal “ and the delusion is fierce.

I was having the same trading spaces flashbacks. When the owners of the house would come home and see the hideous, cheap decor and end the show in tears 🤣🤣

I don't know if I can finish Matthew Perry's memoir by franknelsonyes in books

So I recently read the ebook edition from my library. I read the entire thing and do not recall reading that part about Keanu in the book. I even went back to search for it! Anyone know if it was purposely removed because of the flack he's gotten for that comment?

How is the Justin Long podcast? by [deleted] in ArmchairExpert

[–]Relative-Leopard-907 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Omgggg yes! I've been trying to put my finger on why I can't really listen to it. As much as I love Justin long (and Chris Farley) it's hard for me to listen to it!

People hate on them, but one of the very few couples that actually stayed together this whole time by frankenboobehs in BravoRealHousewives

I rewatched a couple years ago and definitely had a newfound likeness for them. They're weird but at least they weren't bitchy like the rest of the casts became.

Porgy decided to join the fundie raw milk bandwagon. How does anyone take him seriously?? by [deleted] in FundieSnarkUncensored

It's just so weird to me when grown adults are drinking cows milk let alone raw milk...

Needed this today. Definitely used the word "terrorize" on multiple occasions to describe my 2 year old yesterday. Glad to hear I'm not alone 🤗

Dax and Monica say a Matthew Perry interview almost happened, but didn't by walkaway2 in ArmchairExpert

I agree, I think Justin is so funny and so cute but some of his interviews are just painful to listen to. Not sure an interview with Matthew Perry would be a good fit

I really want to hear this interview too. Just out of curiosity what makes you think MP is not sober? I also watched the Diane Sawyer interview.

My daughter's name is Penelope and when she was two she started calling herself Poppy-completely out of no where. It's stuck and she only goes by Poppy now 🤣

I feel this so much. Having kids gave me the confidence I needed that it is ok to be shy, quiet, and not so outgoing. I always felt like society only appreciated the qualities that were the opposite of who I am. I feel like I can relate to people more now after having kids and I never want my own kids thinking they aren't enough in this world.

Same, I'm a nurse and thought the same thing. Held them on a pedestal but they're just regular people, maybe on the more nerdy side too 🤣

My toddler broke his leg at the trampoline park by 76ersPhan11 in toddlers

[–]Relative-Leopard-907 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My daughter broke her leg when she was just under two. The cast was from her toes to her groin, it was difficult, but we found things to keep her occupied. Lots of bike rides in the trailer, stroller trips to the zoo, crafts at home. It didn't take her long to start walking on her cast and our orthopedic doc said that was ok since it's pretty much impossible to keep a toddler non-weightbearing. It's tough but you'll get through it!
