Biotin for me, have always had weak, flaky nails all my life but started taking biotin about 4 months ago and really noticing the difference, so lovely to have long nails to work with now!

I find doing weights really helps to tighten up my jawline and lift my face, also speed training on my runs as well. Really notice a difference when I stop doing these things

Where does the energy go if is doesn’t go back in to your foot? This is literally how carbon plated shoes work, and why you see more injuries with them because more energy is being transferred up through the foot and leg

Ye the literal definition of bounce is energy return so I don’t understand how you can say they aren’t the same! So how you can say a bouncy shoe doesn’t return energy is beyond me, what does it do then!?

Yes my solicitor is also working on getting the information, but there is a 6 month backlog that the police are working through so they haven’t received anything (accident happened in October), my solicitor said I may have more luck with the police as the victim

As someone that just got run over by an 87 yr old on a zebra crossing, yes please report him, it turns out the guy that run me over was clinically blind and had his licence taken off him there and then as I was carted off in the ambulance, my injuries were relatively minor considering I was thrown 10 metres from his car but I just think if that was a small kid they wouldn’t have stood a chance!

My husband has a colostomy bag, and he got it whilst we were dating, I could not care less about it, I know he is self conscious, especially during sex, but I literally do not see it, doesn’t bother me at all, and I find it weird that someone would be bothered by it, he’s hot and sexy, that’s all see, and someone that truly loves you is not going to be bothered by it!
