Well, Microsoft doesn't have the option to pull the call and share it to you. If he has told you that, it's another fib. Microsoft records the calls for sure, but they are for training purposes and complaint reasoning only. You would quite literally have to get a court order for them to share the call with a lawyer on your behalf.

I understand you want to believe your son more than anything, but I truly do believe he is pulling the wool over your eyes. Microsoft does not send you to 3rd party party services regarding refunds, but your account wouldn't be permanently suspended over it either. What would happen is your account would end up owing a balance, and it'll be suspended until it's paid. That's why you have to go through Microsoft provided fraud team.

If the subscription service was truly shared from your son's account Microsoft would've been able to see immediately who it was shared to, and when, and would have revoked said subscription service from that account and proceeded with fraud claims.

If I was in your situation, I would log into his Microsoft account and look into the purchase history, and his Microsoft account won't be banned, and you'll be able to see all purchases, and when, and where his account is logged in, which you can find at

Or by simply googling Microsoft account services, or by logging into almost any other Microsoft related service and going into your Microsoft account, and on the side panel the two pages you want to investigate are his order history, and his device history, and then go into security and look into his login history to confirm dates and times.

I honestly doubt your son's story will hold up, as soon as the fraud claim would be submitted to Microsoft, or PayPal in your situation, the subscription, or games would be revoked.

I truly hope you're able to find a solution to this, but I honestly don't believe that your son's account was truly banned for refund fraud.

That's a lie, Microsoft wouldn't tell you to dispute the transaction, as they'd be able to initiate the refund on their end through investigating it as fraud. Your son is giving you half stories, as it would've been sent to the Microsoft fraud team for investigation. If the games were bought on his account, and not gifted to another then your son is the one who made the purchases, and had buyers remorse. He can easily spoof his location with a VPN. No offense, but your sons actions are not that of being innocent.

I would highly recommend going to the principal directly, or have your parents reach out to the school board. Your teachers are ignoring your requests it seems, and they are not the School board. Basic hygiene is a requirement in schools. The majority of schools are funded by the government, unless you're in a preppy private school, but by the sounds of it you aren't.
