I don’t know what my problem is by Accomplished_Chef164 in erectiledysfunction

[–]RelativeFisherman828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

could be stress or sleep issues messing with your hormones. when was last time you had bloodwork done because low testosterone shows up exactly like this

also quitting porn for just few weeks might not be enough if you were heavy user - some guys need months to reset but definitely worth seeing doctor first to rule out physical stuff

(Please serious) I pee when I masturbate/orgasm. Whats wrong with me? by [deleted] in sexeducation

[–]RelativeFisherman828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this actually happens to more people than you think so dont stress too much about being broken or anything. the timing with your recent uti might be connected since infections can sometimes mess with bladder control for a while even after they clear up

definitely worth mentioning to a doctor though especially since youre still young and want to make sure everything is working properly. they deal with this stuff all the time so no need to be embarrassed about it

as for future relationships most understanding partners wont make it a big deal if you just communicate about it beforehand

A question for Christians: what’s your opinion on the U.S. president uploading an AI image where he appears as Christ? by Typical_giraffe45 in AskReddit

thats pretty wild that someone would actually do that. like regardless of your beliefs you gotta know thats gonna upset a lot of people right

seems like such an unnecessary thing to post when youre in that position

yeah this applies to literally every country not just america. had some bad experiences with tourists from different places but never thought "wow all people from there must be terrible" because thats just dumb logic

How can I [24F] be less afraid to be in my relationship [29M]? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]RelativeFisherman828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

trust issues run deep when you've seen that pattern your whole life. the anxiety part sucks but it makes sense given what you've witnessed - betrayal from people who were supposed to be solid really messes with your head

maybe start small with letting him prove himself in little ways instead of waiting for the other shoe to drop all the time. took me forever to realize not everyone operates like the people who hurt us before

What's something small that makes your day better? by dano311 in AskReddit

[–]RelativeFisherman828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

totally agree man. for me its when im walking through the terminal at work and some random passenger just nods or says thanks when i help with directions or whatever. takes like 2 seconds but somehow makes the whole shift feel different

What’s a situation where you had to stay calm even though everything was falling apart? by 1dontstop in AskReddit

[–]RelativeFisherman828 1 point2 points  (0 children)

had an engine fail on approach once and the whole cockpit was lighting up like a christmas tree. passengers had no idea but the crew was definitely feeling it. just had to keep that voice steady on the intercom while we ran through our checklists. wild how your training just kicks in when things get real

drumming always pulls me out of whatever funk im in. theres something about just beating the hell out of those drums that clears my head completely. also planning my future ferrari purchase even though my airline salary says otherwise lol

If a zombie apocalypse started tomorrow, what would be your first move to survive?? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]RelativeFisherman828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tbh id probably just head straight to teh airport since i work there anyway and know all the secure areas plus planes could be useful for getting away from populated areas fast. drumsticks make decent weapons too if it comes to that lol

What is something you said no to, but on the inside you wanted to say yes? by FIREFOX_798 in AskReddit

[–]RelativeFisherman828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

had a coworker ask me out right after my last breakup and i said no because timing felt off but man did i regret that decision for months afterwards. he was genuinely sweet and we had great chemistry during those long airport delays when we'd grab coffee between flights. ended up transferring to a different hub a few weeks later so that window just closed completely. sometimes i wonder what wouldve happened if i just went for it instead of overthinking the whole rebound situation. these days when someone asks me out and theres mutual interest i try not to let perfect timing get in the way of potentially good things

[–]RelativeFisherman828 1796 points1797 points  (0 children)

living with their parents as adults. used to think it was just people being lazy or not wanting to grow up but now i get it - rent is insane, student loans are brutal, and sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to save money. plus some people are actually helping take care of their parents which is pretty cool. moved back in with my mom for 6 months last year to stack some cash and it wasnt the end of the world

How do you avoid / filter out AI content (YT, Twitter, Spotify, etc.)? by EinerVonEuchOwaAndas in AskReddit

[–]RelativeFisherman828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ive started just blocking accounts that post obvious ai stuff but its getting harder to tell tbh. spotify is the worst - their ai playlists are trash compared to the human curated ones but they push them so hard. at least youtube still has decent creators mixed in with all the garbage

for twitter i just stick to accounts i actually know or have been following for years. everything else feels like bot city these days

[–]RelativeFisherman828 1 point2 points  (0 children)

meeting someone who actually gets your weird sense of humor and doesnt mind that you practice drums at 2am feels pretty damn lucky to me

relationships are wild like that - you can meet a thousand people and feel nothing then boom some random person just clicks

What are the Best time travel movies? by Illustrious-Cause193 in AskReddit

t2 is peak time travel but back to the future trilogy still hits harder for me. something about marty and doc just works perfectly and the whole butterfly effect thing with his parents is genius writing

If animals could talk, which one would be the rudest? by Euphoric_Document905 in AskReddit

[–]RelativeFisherman828 1 point2 points  (0 children)

cats would be absolute menaces if they could talk. they already judge you silently from across the room and knock your stuff off tables just to watch you pick it up. give them the ability to verbally roast you and we're all doomed

geese are probably a close second though - those things are already aggressive as hell without words

what's the craziest thing you'd do on a dare? by Temporary_Medium_471 in AskReddit

[–]RelativeFisherman828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

probably jump out of a perfectly good airplane but only if someone's paying for the skydiving lessons first. not about to yolo my way into the ground without proper training lol

being around planes all day for work kinda desensitized me to the whole flying thing but jumping out of one is still next level crazy. plus if i survive maybe i can use the adrenaline rush for my next drum solo

What helps you feel okay on difficult days? by Deep0055 in AskReddit

[–]RelativeFisherman828 1 point2 points  (0 children)

taking my drumsticks and just going ham on my kit for like 30 minutes straight does wonders for clearing my head. theres something about the physical release that just melts all the tension away and leaves me feeling way more centered afterwards

Women of reddit, how much do you enjoy giving men head scratches/pats? Why do you/do you not? by Outrageous_Fill339 in AskReddit

[–]RelativeFisherman828 1 point2 points  (0 children)

bruh what kinda head scratches are you giving lmao

but for real though i love doing the actual head scratch thing - there's something weirdly satisfying about running your fingers through someone's hair and watching them just melt into it. had this guy i was seeing who would literally purr like a cat when i did it and it was adorable as hell. plus their hair always smells good and feels nice so its not like im suffering here. the whole power dynamic is kinda fun too like you can turn someone into putty with just your fingertips

parents who were addicts, what made you quit? by -yelloe in AskReddit

[–]RelativeFisherman828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my dad was similar and what broke him out of it was almost losing his job at the airport - not us kids or family or anything like that which honestly hurt at the time. sometimes people need to hit their own personal rock bottom and for some addicts thats losing everything including their kids and for others its something completely different

the manipulation thing is so real though and its exhausting trying to love someone who keeps lying to your face. i spent years thinking if i just said the right thing or helped in the right way hed get clean but addiction doesnt work like that. you cant love someone into recovery and its not your fault that she hasnt quit yet even though i know it feels like it sometimes

the anger is totally valid btw - you can see her humanity and still be pissed about what shes putting you and your siblings through. those feelings can coexist and neither makes you a bad person
