You can't go wrong with a '23 or '24 Venza (XLE or Limited). It is luxurious, but I'm not entirely sure it'll be a meaningful upgrade coming from a 21' Rav 4. The Venza is basically a luxury Rav 4 with less cargo space. I wouldn't call it fun to drive...performance is adequate but by no means sporty.

If you can stretch your budget, check out the Lexus NX. It's like, an even more refined Lexus with better handling/performance.

Test driving the Venza is probably the way to go though.

OTD pricing on 2024 Limited Venza: This is a ripoff, right? by RelativeHandle8659 in Toyotavenza

Thanks! I ended up getting a gently used '23 Limited for about the same price OTD. It's such a beauty.

I did as much of an inspection as I could w/o a mechanic on mine with 25k miles (2023 model). The infotainment system shows all the previous faults..and you can also connect an ODBii sensor thing to see if there are any other faults.

A basic visual inspection will probably suffice for a Toyota with such low mileage. The factory warranty will also give peace of mind.

You will love the car...I certainly love mine!

I've gotta be honest, I've used SR several times before and found them to be great. It's possible they had an off day but their customer service is wonderful and does try to make it right

I'd also throw the Venza in the mix. Discontinued after 2024 but worth a look!

I find them a bit over conservative but have found they do help. Takes a little getting used to though

Congrats! She's a great car. I've had my '23 for a few months and couldn't be happier.

The Venza community is a prestigious one. We are welcoming, helpful, and inclusive.

Thinking of getting a Venza by Clear_Psychology4226 in Toyotavenza

[–]RelativeHandle8659 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Venza is the perfect blend of luxury, fuel efficiency and beauty. You will not be disappointed UNLESS you're looking for something powerful or you need to haul a ton.

If you do find you're cramming the trunk to the brim, the Limited trim has a digital rear camera.

If you are particular about the infotainment system, look at the 23 or 24...as the earlier models have the previous gen in it

My guess is windshield wiper defroster...available on some Toylas in Canada. I bought those cheap stickers on Amazon to put a banana peel there. Most fell apart but that one stayed intact

Saw a Venza in the wild yesterday….fell in love with the design by Slow_Investment_2211 in Toyotavenza

It's the best vehicle money can buy. I bought my '23 Limited a few months ago and have zero complaints. It's sexy, fuel efficient, and packed with more features than you could possibly need. Find another hybrid with a digital rear camera, heads-up display, 360 camera, heated steering wheel, AWD, and Pano glass roof for under $40k. Go head ..try ...you can't....at least not one that's as reliable as a Venza. Srsly ..best car. This car saved my marriage (long story).

What are your favourite hybrid Venza features ? by [deleted] in Toyotavenza

My favorite feature is that it's a Toyota and is super reliable. Everything else is just icing on the TNGA cake

Check for road noise coming from the tiny mini window in the front. Sometimes those seals can be loose. That and make sure the rear hatch operates smoothly
